Sometimes the most creative part of my job is NOT how to build a creative solution per se... but how to construct an effective creative process, so that a breakthrough is achieved... and how to create the underlying clarity, consensus and understanding.
Once in a while, I have a limited capacity to shape or steer that process.
In this case, I explored using Post-It notes as a way to open a client's eyes to a number of different things (about the creative process, about the insights I'm sitting on, about our relationship, and about his options) without bombarding him.
As I see it, great communications* emerge through great communications**.
* outer-facing/ the solution ** internal/ the process
